1972 - Ken White
Ken White (B.A., history and English '72, Cred. '73) has written a new book, Brighter Day. Set in Davis in 1969, the fictional memoir is a sequel to his first novel, Getaway Day.
“It’s part two of Mikey Wright's journey,” White says. “The next chapter in his coming-of-age story is about activism and the loss of innocence. Music replaces baseball as the story’s touchstone.”
Brighter Day can be purchased online from Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
